Saturday 31: (D)
Today we are picked up from our home addresses anywhere in the greater Auckland/Wellington or Christchurch areas to join our Air New Zealand flight to Samoa. On arrival on this beautiful Island in the Pacific we are met and taken to our fabulous home away from home—The Taumeasina Island Resort. Enjoy breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean and the scenic mountains of Upolu from every vantage point at our resort. Enjoy a stroll round the grounds and perhaps a swim before joining our Tour Manager for dinner and a wonderful cultural show.
Sunday 01: (BD)
We enjoy a beautiful tropical breakfast before being free to enjoy some of the activities on offer at the Resort. There is also an opportunity to go to Church. This is a very special occasion in Samoa and you will get to hear some of the wonderful voices as the hymns are sung. We join our Tour Manager for dinner at the Resort.
Monday 02: (BD)
After breakfast today we are taken on a tour of the harbour town of Apia, Samoa’s Capital. Explore Mulinu’u, the sacred burial grounds of the chiefly families of Samoa. Visit Parliament House and independence Memorial. Continue to the Moamoa Cathedral to admire the exquisite stained glass windows. Then we visit the former home of author, Robert Louis Stevenson where we can learn about the famous Scottish Poet and author. It was here he spent his final years. We can then enjoy some time in Apia to explore before returning to the hotel for dinner. You might like to visit the local markets.
Tuesday 03: (BLD)
Today is for the foodies as well as the camera! After breakfast we join Chef John as he takes us on a tour where he sources his produce and then to Piula Cave Pool—with its clear Emerald water which is situated in a lovely grassy area and easily accessible. You might like to have a swim or just enjoy the beauty of the spot whilst watching Chef John prepare us a lovely lunch to eat in these scenic surroundings. After lunch we return to our hotel.
Wednesday 04: (B AT D)
Today we join our Tour Manager and visit Sopoaga Gardens and get a glimpse of the gorgeous Sopoaga Falls as well.
Then we enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea at Aggie Greys before heading back to our hotel.

8am: Ferry to Savaii from Mulifanua Wharf Visit to ; Salelologa Fresh fruit market, Alofaaga Blowholes, Traditional Siapo (Tapa) making – experience first-hand and design your own siapo.
Swim at the Afu Aau Waterfalls and Plated lunch will be served here.
2pm : Ferry Return to Mulifanua Wharf, Upolu Transfer to hotel in Upolu.
Thursday 05: (B)
Enjoy breakfast and time for another swim before we are transferred back to the airport for our homeward flight.
We arrive back in Auckland early evening where we are met and transferred to the Domestic terminal or our home addresses in the greater Auckland area.

If you are travelling alone but would be happy to share a twin room we are happy to room you with another single traveller of the same gender.
